1. About Oryx Studio
Oryx Studio is an AI-powered workspace that helps users create, organize, edit, fact-check, version, share, and publish documents using artificial intelligence and productivity tools.

5. AI Features and Generated Content

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your intended purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and evaluating all outputs before publishing, sharing, relying upon, or distributing them.
Oryx Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
To provide AI-powered functionality, Oryx Studio may utilize third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and other service providers.
Your prompts, documents, and related content may be processed by these providers solely to deliver requested functionality and improve service performance.
Your use of AI-powered features may also be subject to the terms and policies of these providers.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, generate, or submit through Oryx Studio.
By using the Services, you grant Oryx Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Sharing and Publishing Content
Oryx Studio may allow users to:

- Create shareable links
- Collect feedback
- Publish content publicly
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share or publish.
Content made public through sharing or publishing features may be accessible by third parties and search engines.
Content published publicly through Oryx Studio may be indexed by Google and other search engines. Users are responsible for determining what information they choose to make publicly available.
9. Intellectual Property
The Oryx Studio platform, including its software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, content, and technology, is owned by Oryx Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Services.
10. Subscription Plans and Payments
Certain features of Oryx Studio may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges where applicable.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that period expires.
Oryx Studio reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or available features with reasonable notice.
11. Data Export and Deletion
Users may export their documents and content using available platform features.
Users may also request account deletion at any time.
Upon account deletion, Oryx Studio will remove or anonymize personal information and customer content within a reasonable period, subject to legal, regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
Certain backup copies may remain temporarily as part of routine disaster recovery and security procedures.
12. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Oryx Studio may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features at any time without liability.
We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, outages, or failures caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates legal, operational, or security risks
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect Oryx Studio or its users
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryx Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service availability.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oryx Studio, its affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
In no event shall Oryx Studio's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Oryx Studio during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oryx Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
